Where are your products buy provibol dosage manufactured?
All of our products are handmade with love in small batches in Richmond, British Columbia. We package, label and ship everything from our location.
Are all your products made with organic ingredients?
Yes. Every ingredient to make our products we source out companies who are organic, vegan and cruelty free.
Are there any usage instructions for your products?
Yes, each product has directions listed on the label and website.
Do you offer a recycling program?
I encourage you to recycle or reuse all of your glass jars and bottles when you’re done with your products.
Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?
Yes, simply subscribe and you will receive an email when we launch a new product or a special promotion and/or post a new blog.
What are Essential oils? They are highly concentrated plant oils.
How long do the products stay fresh?
Each product lists on the label the recommended shelf life. To ensure freshness, it is best to use the products within 6 months of receiving them. Some last longer than others. Products will keep best if kept in a cool dry place and do not need to be refrigerated. Expiry dates are based on product being kept at room temperature or lower. If the product is stored in warm temperatures or humidity the expiry dates may be less than the recommended. Because the products are handmade with natural ingredients and without added chemicals, it’s important to keep water and bacteria out of them for extended shelf life. Best to use a small spatula for your products that don’t have a pump or wash your hands thoroughly before use to ensure no contamination of the product. Just like any other plant matter in your fridge, if it no longer smells good then throw it out!
Do your products contain alcohol?
No. We stay away from alcohol. Alcohol can make skin conditions worse and its advised to stay away from products that are alcohol based and stick to organic or natural cosmetics to have healthy skin.
Are your products safe for children and pregnant woman?
All of the products by Faceplant are plant based, Organic and chemical free. Our products are safe to use on children and pregnant woman.
How are your products scented?
Faceplant uses only organic herbs, and cold pressed essential oils to scent all of the products.
Where can I find a full list of ingredients?
Each product has its own detailed list of Ingredients on the product labels and website. If you have any specific question about a particular ingredient, feel free to email us.
Do you test on animals?
Never! If every company used toxin-free ingredients there would be no need to test on animals. Faceplant tests products on willing humans, never on animals. We also do not buy from any companies or suppliers who do. If everyone stopped buying from companies who have toxic ingredients there would be less harm to animals. Not just through testing but natural ingredients will not harm natural habitats and aquatic life while making its way down the drain and into the environment.
Do you use preservatives in your products?
Preservatives are added to assist a product to last longer. Faceplant does not use any parabens or preservatives in our products. We make our batches small and made to order to ensure freshness.
Shipping and Ordering Information
How do I Order?
You can place you order online, directly from this website.
Just follow these simple steps to place your order.
1. To add an item to your shopping cart, click ‘Buy This’
2. When you’re finished shopping, click ‘Checkout’ on the mid- bottom right hand side of your screen.
3. You’ll be asked to register, so you can connect to our secure server.
4. Fill out your check out information, including your shipping address and credit card information, If you’ve ordered before, most of this information will be filled for you. Then click ‘Continue with Secure Checkout’
5. A page will display that will show all of your order information for your final approval. This will include the shipping cost. Review, then click ‘Process this Order’ and you’re done!
Paypal or Stripe will send you an order confirmation via email. An account is created for you when you place your first order so you won’t have to enter all this information again when you place your next order.
What are your shipping costs?
We use Canada Post to ship all products within Canada from our location in Vancouver, BC. The shipping rate will appear when you enter in your address.
Can I return an item?
I’m confident you’ll love the products, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let me know within 30 days. I will promptly replace the item or give you a full refund {excluding shipping costs}.

How long does it take to receive a shipment?
Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery estimations are based on the time given to me by Canada Post Services. You will receive an email once your package ships with a tracking number. Keep track of this number for reference until you receive your order.
Do you have an order limit?
You can order as much or as little as you like.
Can I order by phone?
At this time orders can only be placed online. Paypal or Stripe options are available.
What are your business hours?
Our website operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.
Can I place an order and ship it to someone else?
Yes! We never include the invoice in our packaging so no need to worry about that. We also offer the option to add a note and or a gift box to an order. When checking out, you’ll be asked for a shipping address where you can fill in the address details of the gift receiver.
What payment methods are accepted?
Paypal and Stripe are available which offer many purchasing options.
Is it safe to use my credit card? Is your site secure?
Yes, this website is protected with protection/privacy features. We do not keep any credit card numbers and never share your information with anyone else. Your transactions are secure. Your credit card information remains secure at all times during transactions.
